Coldwell Banker Realty recently recognized The Jills Zeder Group with national, state and company awards.
The firm was named the brokerage’s No. 1 top-performing team nationally, No. 1 within Coldwell Banker Realty and No. 1 for Coldwell Banker in Florida.
This is the seventh year in a row the South Florida-based team has received the awards.
Jills Zeder also earned the Society of Excellence designation from Coldwell Banker, which is given to the top 1% of the brokerage’s agents nationwide and is based on annual adjusted gross commission income. The team had $1.845 billion in closed sales volume in 2025.
