JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Beware of a barrage of text scams that are circulating right now in our area.
From promises of a refund to $2,000 in Walmart credits — do not fall for them!
Scammers are hoping you click on a link that will either download malware on your cellphone or that you will share personal information they can use to steal your identity or your money.
A detective joined me during my 10 a.m. News4JAX+ streaming show to walk us through each scam so you don’t fall for it.
