Fatal Shooting At Tampa Home Under Investigation: Police

TAMPA, FL — Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened Sunday night at a Tampa home.

Officers responded to reports of a man being shot at the home in the 3000 block of West Spruce Street, Tampa police said in a news release.

They found the victim, who was in his mid-30s, with a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A gun was recovered from the home.

Detectives believe there was an argument among a group of people who knew each other before the shooting, police said.

Investigators are working to determine what led to the shooting, and each person’s involvement. The shooting is believed to be an isolated incident.
