Two suspects accused of driving a stolen Jeep from Jacksonville were arrested in Hollywood after officers used a grappler to stop the car.
Rebekah Everhart, 44, was charged with grand theft, and Michael Kennedy, 45, was charged with driving without a license.

According to Hollywood Police, on Feb. 10, an officer saw a white Jeep Wrangler that matched the description of a vehicle that was stolen in Jacksonville.
An arrest report said that if a traffic stop were to be done, the vehicle might flee, so an officer decided to use his cruiser’s grappler to stop the vehicle.
Dash camera video showed the grappler being deployed on the Jeep and stopping it.
After the Jeep was stalled, body camera footage captured several officers pointing their guns at the Jeep.
The driver was identified as Kennedy, and the passenger as Everhart. A third passenger was also seen being detained, but it’s unclear if they were arrested.
After being arrested, Kennedy refused to speak to officers, and Everhart said that she was borrowing the Jeep from a family friend, the report said.
Everhart, the report said, told officers she left from Jacksonville in the Jeep and then went to pick up Kennedy when she made it to Hollywood.
The two were then taken to the Broward Sheriff’s Office Main Jail.
