Police investigating after woman’s body found in Fort Lauderdale neighborhood – NBC 6 South Florida

Police are investigating after a woman’s body was found in a Fort Lauderdale neighborhood Wednesday morning.

Officers responded to the 200 block of Northwest 15th Avenue shortly before 7:30 a.m., where the body was found, Fort Lauderdale Police officials said.

Officials haven’t released the woman’s identity or said how she may have died.

An investigation was ongoing.
