St. Pete can get its first taste this week of the new five-story food hall opening on Central Avenue.
The Central Park St. Pete Food Hall, which will feature 14 food concepts in a 27,700-square-foot space, has been under construction for the past six years. It plans to open in phases, starting with two spots this week and another round next week.
The first two food concepts, Palm Avenue Deli and Constellation Burger, will open on Thursday, Feb. 19, for takeout and delivery only. People can place orders from 5-10 p.m. nightly through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub or directly through the Central Park St. Pete website.
Palm Avenue Deli
Palm Avenue Deli has been serving up New York deli classics at its original location on Palm Avenue in Sarasota since it opened in 2022. Every dish is crafted from scratch, from the matzo ball soup and crispy chicken sandwich to the Famous Deli Cobb and all-day breakfast.
Constellation Burger
Constellation Burger‘s concept centers around the four elements: fire (beef), air (chicken), water (seafood) and earth (vegetarian).
Menu offerings include quintessentials like The Classic Double, the Classic Fried Chicken Sandwich and the House Chicken Tenders, along with some upscale, unique creations like the Dry Aged Bulgogi Burger, the Togarashi Blackened Tuna Burger and the Housemade Falafel Burger.
French fries, onion strings and a variety of sauces will also be available.
Central Park St. Pete Food Hall is set to release more information on the next round of food concepts that will be available for delivery and takeout in the coming weeks.
