Two men have been arrested after an 18-year-old was injured in a shooting last week.
According to the St. Petersburg Police Department, Charles Hinton, 18, and Christopher Tonsel, 22, are facing first-degree attempted murder and robbery with a deadly weapon.
Shortly before 5 p.m. on Feb. 11, police say the victim and another man met up with Hinton and Tonsel in the parking lot at the Citrus Grove Apartments on 15th St. South. The victim was reportedly sitting in the front passenger seat of a sedan.

According to police, Hinton and Tonsel hopped into the back seat of the car, and a short time later, Hinton pulled out a gun and fired, striking the victim in the back of the neck.
Hinton and Tonsel reportedly jumped out of the car and ran away. Police say the driver of the car drove one block away to get help at a convenience store on 16th Street South.
At the time, St. Pete police told 10 Tampa Bay News that the victim was taken to a local hospital for serious injuries. As of the latest update, officials say he is stable.
