Nova Classical STEM Academy, a new tuition-free public charter school opening in August 2026, is actively hiring qualified teachers across a wide range of subject areas and is currently accepting and screening applications as it prepares to welcome its inaugural class of students for the 2026–27 school year.
Nova Classical STEM Academy is making history as the first school in the world to fully integrate a Classical education framework with a STEM-enriched, project-based learning model within a public charter school environment. In its first year, the school will serve students in grades K–7 and will expand annually to grades K–12.
The school is seeking passionate, student-centered educators committed to academic excellence and innovation. Open teaching positions include:

Nova Classical STEM Academy’s 73,000-square-foot campus, located at 7101 Banway Road in Fort Myers, will feature STEM laboratories, robotics and competitive math resources, Science Olympiad and Model UN programming, a large outdoor playground and a soccer field. Faculty and staff will play a key role in shaping the school’s academic culture and launching its distinctive Classical STEM model.
