Rosso Development, Midtown Development and Proper Hospitality recently unveiled the Penthouse Collection at Midtown Park Residences by Proper.
Midtown Park Residences, located at 3055 N. Miami Ave., is the first residential tower in Midtown Park, a $2 billion, five-acre mixed-use project that will connect Miami’s Midtown, Wynwood and Design District through a network of parks, pedestrian paseos, retail and dining, office space and a racquet and padel club operated by ULTRA Padel. The 28-story tower marks the first Proper-branded residential project in Miami and was designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis.
The duplex and triplex penthouses will range from approximately 2,486 to 5,000 square feet and come in three- to five-bedroom plus den layouts and offer up to 24-foot ceilings, private rooftops with gardens, private pools and summer kitchens. Buyers may upgrade their homes through optional kitchen and bath finishes by stone atelier TEYO.
Sales for the Penthouse Collection are now open, with pricing ranging from $3.1 million to $5.6 million. Fortune Development Sales is handling sales and marketing.
“This collection of homes offers a rare combination of exceptional design, generous living spaces and meaningful indoor–outdoor living that creates a real connection to the city,” said Carlos Rosso, founder and CEO of Rosso Development. “The creative partnership between Proper, Meyer Davis and TEYO speaks to a shared vision of timeless luxury we are bringing to Midtown Park.”
The community will have more than 40,000 square feet of private amenities, including a tropical pool deck with signature restaurant and bar, wellness and fitness facilities, co-working lounges and curated cultural programming through Proper Hospitality.
