Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina hosts spring night markets
Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina will host evenings of food, shopping, music and waterfront views with its Sip & Shop Night Market on the third Thursday of every month from 5-9 p.m.
Slipaway’s Sip & Shop Night Markets will feature a curated lineup of local artisan vendors showcasing handmade crafts and unique products such as jewelry, dog treats, seaglass crafts, wooden cutting boards, bowls and accessories, candied jalapenos, dips, marinades, energy balls and more. Vendors may vary depending on the market.
Upcoming night markets are hosted on the third Thursday of the month, including March 19, April 16 and May 21.
The market gives residents and visitors a new way to experience the evening on the waterfront. Guests can enjoy dinner from one of Slipaway’s resident food trucks and indulge in drinks from the full-service bar.
The Sip & Shop Night Markets will also feature live music from 6 to 9 p.m.
There is no entrance fee for the event, and visitors are welcome to arrive by boat and tie up at one of the venue’s 26 docks or arrive by car and park onsite for free. Overflow parking and complimentary shuttle are available, visit SlipawayCape.com/contact for directions.

Better Together, Park Alliance Church to host second chance job fair March 10
Better Together, a nonprofit on a mission to build strong families and communities, is partnering with Park Alliance Church to host a second chance job fair on Tuesday, March 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Registration is now open for job seekers and employers to participate in the March event. Second-chance job fairs promote the power of second chances for neighbors who face barriers to employment. These can include past incarceration, homelessness, lack of transportation or gaps in employment.
Free one-on-one job coaching sessions are available to job seekers to review resumes, and additional services will be available onsite.
