TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Tallahassee Memorial Hospital has announced Grammy-nominated Teddy Swims as a headliner for its Golden Gala, being held Thursday, April 23, 2026, per a TMH press release.
TMH’s annual Golden Gala is held to “support the expansion of behavioral health services in partnership with the Apalachee Center.”
The TMH Foundation said it raised funds for the 2026 Golden Gala. TMH Foundation President and Chief Advancement Officer Nigel Allen said that the Golden Gala is an important event for healthcare in Tallahassee. “For more than four decades, the Golden Gala has united our community in support of the future of healthcare,” Allen said.

The Tallahassee hospital said Swims is a “passionate advocate” for mental health and aligns with the gala’s mission.
The gala is expected to be held at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center at 5:30 p.m.
