CORAL GABLES, Fla. — No. 23 Miami (5-0) finds itself back in action as the regular season is well underway. They face off against Lafayette, starting a four-game series on Friday, starting with AJ Ciscar.
It also helps that the Hurricanes have plenty of offensive depth with star batter Max Galvin out for a bit of time with a foot injury.
The Hurricanes will now have a new starting lineup and likely plug and play many different players this weekend to see what the roster looks like and how they want them to play.
Pregame:
While No. 23 Miami is 5-0 to start this season, they will now be without one of their star hitters for six-eight weeks thanks to a foot injury.
