Summer Equitz, 31, reportedly jumped to her death from a top floor of the Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The news came just hours after the family claimed Equitz disappeared from her home in Naperville, Illinois. They feared the worst, and tragically, their nightmare came true. The New York Post reported Equitz’s family posted about the missing woman in a now-deleted Reddit thread. They claimed Equitz, who loved Disney, had randomly booked a flight to Orlando and left Naperville without telling anyone. Family urged anyone who saw her or heard from her to call the police. According to the New York Post , following Equitz’s death, rumors swirled that a monorail train hit her. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department quickly confirmed that wasn’t the case. The department did not disclose where deputies found the woman’s body or any possible motive.
