CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – Arctic air is moving in with a cold front along the Suncoast, and cold weather shelters are opening as temperatures are expected to drop.
In Charlotte County, The Charlotte CARE Center, 1476 Kenesaw St, will be open at night on Feb. 22-24.
Guests will need to pre-register by calling 941-627-4313 and arrive by 8 p.m.
