The Florida State Seminoles are looking to add multiple cornerbacks to their 2027 recruiting class, which does not currently have one committed. While they have several targets in their normal recruiting area, they are also branching out for some targets.
One of those players is Kamil Loud, a three-star cornerback from Las Vegas, Nevada, who attends powerhouse Bishop Gorman. Despite living across the country, recruiting expert Tom Loy of 247Sports thinks the Seminoles are a school to watch in his recruitment.
A dark horse is Florida State. The Seminoles have a tradition that he likes a lot. He knows all about the former players who have come through there in the secondary. He’ll visit Tallahassee this spring.
Loy also mentioned that Miami, Vanderbilt, Kansas State, Arizona State, Washington State, and Utah are recruiting him, with Utah “in the best spot.” He has yet to visit Tallahassee, and they will need to impress him on his first visit to stay alive in his recruitment.
Loud is ranked as the No. 751 overall player and No. 70 cornerback in the 247Sports composite. He is also the No. 8 player from Nevada.
