LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Jacksonville Police Department arrested a city council member on multiple charges on Friday, including driving while intoxicated.
According to the Pulaksi County Sheriff’s Office website, Councilman Michael Dietz was arrested on Friday, February 21.
He was charged with aggravated assault, refusal to submit to arrest, violation of the Omnibus DWI Act, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
No other information regarding the arrest has been released at this time.
