A man accused of fatally shooting a locksmith who was working at his West Miami Home was arrested on Saturday, police said.
Luis David Lemus, 32, was charged with second-degree murder with a weapon.
According to an arrest report, a witness told authorities he was with Lemus when they were locked out of Lemus’ home.
They then called a locksmith, and while he was working on the lock, Lemus pulled out a gun and shot him in the head, the report said.
Lemus then fled the scene, but police were able to find him and take him into custody.
He is expected to appear in court on Sunday.
