Under a sprawling white tent on Miami Beach, thousands of food lovers gathered Saturday to eat, drink and celebrate in style.
The Grand Tasting Village, one of the largest events of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, which marked its 25th anniversary this year, brought together celebrity chefs, local culinary stars and enthusiastic festivalgoers for a full day of indulgence.
American celebrity chef Guy Fieri and Colombian-American actress Sofía Vergara made appearances as guests sampled bites from top local and visiting chefs, explored wines, spirits and craft beers, and enjoyed live music, cooking demonstrations and product giveaways.
The Grand Tasting continues Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. The lineup includes “3 to 5 on Ocean Drive,” a David Grutman Experience, a mini music festival inside the main event featuring DJ Khaled. Tickets and additional information are available at sobewff.org.
