INDIANTOWN, Fla. (CBS12) — Five teens wearing ski masks and all black are accused of numerous vehicle burglaries that spread chaos across Indiantown.

According to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), at around 10 p.m., deputies responded to SW Jefferson Avenue and 151st Street after a caller reported seeing several teenagers dressed in all black and ski masks running towards SW Warfield Boulevard.

Deputies say that within minutes, multiple calls began to come in with people reporting vehicle burglaries.

Martin County Sheriff’s midnight units were able to track down the suspects who were seen walking along SW Farm Road. Four of the suspects surrendered immediately, while the other attempted to flee.

The sheriff’s office says that within the nearby wood line, deputies recovered personal property stolen from vehicles, along with ski masks and gloves.

CBS12 will not be naming four suspects, as they are minors. The 18-year-old was identified as Jose Luis Olvera-Cruz.
