Join us at Ro in Hyde Park for an intimate evening centered around one ingredient we deeply respect: tuna—paired with the celebratory elegance of champagne and sparkling wine. This one-night-only Tuna & Bubbles Omakase is thoughtfully curated by Chef JL Johnston, who will guide guests through a multi-course tasting menu exploring tuna in its many forms and cuts. From pristine, delicate preparations to richer, more expressive bites, each course reflects Chef JL’s omakase philosophy—ingredient-driven, seasonal, and intentionally composed. Each dish is paired with a carefully selected sparkling wine or Champagne, chosen by our very own bar manager Matt Mion! Each selection is to complement the texture, richness, and nuance of the tuna while keeping the experience light, vibrant, and balanced. Along the way, our team will share insights into the sourcing, technique, and pairings, creating a relaxed yet immersive evening around the counter. This is a celebration of simplicity, craftsmanship, and the joy of gathering—done the Ro way. Seating is very limited.
