TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The signature culinary event series that brings nationally acclaimed chefs and unforgettable experiences to Florida’s capital city is returning.
Cleaver and Cork is a tradition of food, fun and philanthropy.
All the proceeds from the event benefit student scholarships and programs at Tallahassee State College.
Owner and Executive Chef of Food Glorious Food, Katie Spetman joined WCTV’s Ava Van Valen in the studio on Wednesday to help start the weeklong celebration by making celery root gruyère au gratin.
Chef Spetman will have a tasting tent at the Food and Wine Festival next Saturday, March 7.
This year, the chef for the event’s Signature Dinner is Maneet Chauhan.
