$13.2 million penthouse under contract at proposed Roche Bobois Tower could shatter Tampa Bay condo record

The Roche Bobois penthouse units feature water views, ceilings up to 29 feet high, and a nearly 1,800-square-foot outdoor balcony.

Standard residences will range from studios to three-bedroom units.

Agami recently told St. Pete Rising that more than 40 units, over 25% of the building, are already under contract, including 3 of the 12 penthouses. Pricing starts at $544,500 for studios.
