Whether you’re a frequent or infrequent flyer, airport attire can be very personal, but according to one U.S. airport some travelers may be taking their comfort a bit too far.

The Tampa International Airport said in a recent social media post that it hoped to become the world’s first “pajama-free airport.”

“We’ve seen enough. We’ve had enough. It’s time to ban pajamas at Tampa International Airport,” TPA posted on X.

The airport noted it was already “the world’s first Crocs-free airport,” but that pajamas marked “an even larger crisis.”

“We know this decision could be disruptive to someone in your life,” the airport’s message read. “It’s time to have a difficult conversation with them. You can do this. We (and Phoebe) believe in you. Do your part. Say no to pajamas at TPA.”

But while many took the post seriously, the airport confirmed to NBC Chicago it was a joke.

“Tampa International Airport regularly shares lighthearted, satirical social media content as part of our ongoing effort to engage with our followers,” the airport said in a statement. “Today’s post about ‘banning’ pajamas was another playful nod to day-of-travel fashion debates. We encourage our passengers to travel comfortably and appreciate our loyal followers who enjoy the online humor.”
