The Orlando Police Department recently distributed cameras to businesses and residents, as part of a local crime prevention initiative.
OPD said that safety is a shared responsibility in Orlando. That is the reason OPD partners with residents and business owners to expand access to doorbell cameras across various communities.
Recently, OPD District 5 Community Officer Jude Dubic distributed cameras to businesses in Parramore and residents in the Bunche Manor community in Orlando.
According to the Orlando Police Department, this crime prevention initiative launched by Chief Eric Smith adds another layer of awareness and security where it matters most, at your home or business.
“Together, we’re building safer neighborhoods through technology and teamwork,” OPD stated.
“Remember, if you see something, say something.”
