NICHE apartments sold to Horizon Realty
TAMPA – NICHE, a 251-unit apartment community in North Hyde Park, has been sold to Horizon Realty Advisors by Wingspan Development Group and ABC Capital Corp.
The property, at 1116 W. Carmen St., is located approximately one-half mile from downtown and is adjacent to the University of Tampa.
This is the second apartment sale for Wingspan and ABC in North Hyde Park. In 2024, the firms sold Jade at North Hyde Park, a 192-unit luxury apartment community with 3,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space, at 608 N. Willow Road.
