Guests can no longer pick up their Universal Orlando Resort theme park tickets at self-service kiosks. The machines have all been removed from Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure.
Self-Service Kiosks Removed From Universal Orlando

The pavilion that used to house the self-service kiosks outside Universal Islands of Adventure is now empty. The kiosks are also gone from the Universal Studios Florida entrance, where painting is taking place.
Though the removal could be related to the refurbishment of either the kiosks themselves or the surrounding areas, it seems that they’re gone for good. With these kiosks, guests could print tickets they had pre-purchased instead of visiting one of the nearby ticket windows.
