MICL and Admire Capital have opened sales at The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Fort Lauderdale Beach

The twin-tower residential development stands 13 stories tall at 551 Bayshore Drive and offers 83 condominiums between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is in charge of sales and marketing. Prices start at $2.5 million.

The project was designed by Garcia Stromberg, and interiors were overseen by Dan Fink Studio. Residences come in two- or three-bedroom formats with dens and range from 1,550 to 3,480 square feet. There are also six penthouses with ceilings up to 11 feet high.

Each condominium has wide-plank, white-oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and terraces. Kitchens offer Shaker-style cabinetry and integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Some homes have private elevator lobbies with separate service elevators, and some penthouses have private rooftop terraces with plunge pools.

Community amenities include gardens around a lap pool and a separate leisure pool, private cabanas, an outdoor bar pavilion and dock slips along the Intracoastal Waterway. There’s also a resident lounge with catering kitchen, screening room, multi-sport simulator, conference room and children’s playroom.

“Fort Lauderdale is having a genuine moment as a national luxury coastal market, reflecting the kind of lifestyle buyers are seeking today, defined by design-forward living, intuitive service and a strong connection to the water,” said Diana Ulis, CEO and founder of Admire Capital. “This project carries that sensibility, while offering the distinctive luxury and service known of The Ritz-Carlton brand.”
