Florida Realtors®, the largest professional trade association in the state and the largest state Realtor® association in the U.S., gathered more than 125 local association executives and state leaders at its annual CEO Symposium, held October 6-8, 2025, at the J.W. Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort.
The event served as both a strategic planning forum and a celebration of leadership, as Florida Realtors recognized its incoming 2026 officers – dedicated real estate professionals who will guide the association in advancing its mission as The Voice for Real Estate® in Florida.
The CEO Symposium brings together local Realtor association executives and state leaders for strategic discussions and leadership development. This year’s gathering highlighted Florida Realtors’ ongoing mission as The Voice for Real Estate® in Florida and recognized the association’s incoming officers who will help guide more than 238,000 members statewide in the year ahead.

As Florida Realtors prepares to enter 2026, the association remains steadfast in its commitment to serve more than 238,000 Realtor members who power the state’s real estate economy – representingnearly one-quarter of Florida’s Gross State Product.
