The Jacksonville Police Department has now made an arrest in connection to a domestic violence incident where one person was shot.

According to reports, on March 3, officers with Jacksonville police responded to a shots-fired call in the 1400 block of Stone Street.

While they were on their way to the destination, officers were told that the gunshot victim was actually on her way to the hospital.

However, they made contact with her while she had stopped under the Main Street Bridge. Officers then offered assistance, and she was taken to a nearby hospital.

Officers came into contact with 58-year-old Keith Green, who was arrested for first-degree domestic battery, possession of a firearm by certain persons, and tampering with physical evidence.

He has since been taken to the Pulaski County Detention Facility. The victim’s condition remains unknown at this time.

The investigation into this incident remains ongoing, and we will update with more information as soon as it becomes available.
