A Stuart man was arrested twice in less than two months for driving under the influence, according to the Stuart Police Department.
Police say Fernando C. Gutierrez Aguilar was taken into custody early Monday morning after officers found him impaired while driving through a residential neighborhood.
This incident closely mirrors his arrest in January, police say, when he was also found behind the wheel while impaired in a neighborhood.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office assisted Stuart police during Monday’s investigation, ultimately leading to Gutierrez Aguilar’s second DUI arrest in 52 days.
