Cheya Thousand, founder of CT Wellness Co., is bringing a unique community wellness experience to Jacksonville that invites people to slow down, reconnect, and engage their senses in creative ways. Through her work, Cheya helps individuals and organizations cultivate emotional well-being through experiential events, leadership development, and wellness programming that support healthier communities. In collaboration with Downtown Vision Inc., she will host Reflect Through the Senses, a sensory activation during the Downtown Jacksonville Sip & Stroll presented by PNC Bank on March 19 from 5–8 PM in Downtown Jacksonville, featuring five immersive stations—including Messy Mindfulness: Healing Wall Jax and Rock the Mic: Poetry Portal, highlighting local female poets in honor of Women’s History Month.
