Cape Coral drivers could soon experience smoother rides as city leaders prepare to vote on a multimillion-dollar road resurfacing project.City council members are scheduled to meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday to discuss and potentially approve a contract to move the project forward.The proposal, part of the city’s 2026 Local Road Resurfacing Project, includes improvements along several busy corridors, including Cape Coral Parkway West at Agualinda Boulevard. The project includes 72 lane miles targeted for repairs.
