Officers respond to 5500 block of Metrowest Boulevard

ORLANDO, Fla. – One person was killed and another was injured Wednesday morning in a shooting at an Orlando apartment complex, according to police.
Officers responded around 8:15 a.m. to the 5500 block of Metrowest Boulevard.
According to the Orlando Police Department, officers located one person who was dead and another with injuries.
Police said the person who was injured was taken to the hospital.
No other information was released.
