Jonathan Salm joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its health care mergers & acquisitions practice in Fort Lauderdale, the firm announced Wednesday.
Salm advises health care clients on mergers, platform and add-on acquisitions, strategic joint ventures and day-to-day operational needs. He represents buyers and sellers in transactions involving primary care, pediatric, nonprofit, nursing home, orthopedic, ophthalmology and other medical groups, the firm said.
He joins from McDermott Will & Schulte, according to his LinkedIn profile.
