A 4-year-old girl has died after she was found unresponsive in a pool Thursday in northeast Miami-Dade, officials said.

According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, the child was found at the bottom of the pool in the 20200 block of Northeast 15th Avenue.

Paramedics transported the child to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she later died, officials said.
