HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – With Spring Break travel picking up, North Alabama travelers now have a new way to get to the beach!
Allegiant Air just launched its nonstop service from Huntsville International Airport to St. Pete–Clearwater, Florida.
The airline is offering one-way fares as low as $39.
Flights will operate up to twice a week.
Airport leaders said Florida continues to be one of the most popular destinations for travelers in the Tennessee Valley.
“Our customers love the value and easy access to Florida’s Sun Coast that Allegiant is providing with the addition of this new nonstop to St. Pete-Clearwater,” Huntsville International Airport CEO Butch Roberts said.
“Florida continues to rank as one of our community’s favorite leisure markets, and with this new nonstop, Allegiant delivers the convenience and affordability our customers have consistently requested.”
