Special Magistrates Hearings

9 to 10 a.m. This Board adjudicates violations of the Village Code of Ordinances, including citations issued by Code Compliance and the Police Department. Residents who fail to correct violations, pay fines within required timeframes, or request a hearing may face additional penalties and daily fines. The Board is composed of five mayoral appointees, ratified by Council, and holds authority to subpoena witnesses, take testimony under oath, and assess civil penalties. Open to the public.

Luminosa: A Journey Through Light

The immersive experience features monumental handcrafted lanterns inspired by the Amazon, African savannah, Ancient Egypt, and a Frozen Kingdom, created by more than 200 international artisans. Carnaval on the Mile

The Red Bull Chancleta Run

4 p.m. This event debuts as a Miami-themed obstacle course where competitors race head-to-head in flip-flops, advancing through elimination rounds to crown one winner. The event takes place within 305 DAY® Community Festival 2026, the city’s official hometown celebration honoring Miami’s music, art, food, and cultural pride. The free outdoor festival features live performances, DJs, local vendors, food trucks, interactive art, and family-friendly experiences.

7th Annual Full Moon Party
