TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Tallahassee Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a car suspected in a Thursday night hit and run.
The incident left a pedestrian seriously injured Thursday evening, according to TPD.
TPD is circulating a photo of the vehicle in hopes of identifying it and its operator.

The incident unfolded in northwest Tallahassee around Capital Circle NW and the 4400 block of West Tennessee Street, per law enforcement.
The roadways were closed immediately following the incident, but have since been reopened, according to a TPD spokesperson.
Anyone with information on the vehicle in the photo is urged to contact TPD at 850-891-4200 or 850-606-5800 and ask for the Traffic Unit. Tips can also be made anonymously by calling Crime Solvers at 850-574-TIPS.
