PORT ST. LUCIE — Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a fatal crash that occurred on the night of March 6 near the intersection of Savanna Club Boulevard and U.S. 1.
Troopers got to the area at 7:55 p.m. All southbound lanes were closed until about 12:40 a.m. March 7, according to St. Lucie County sheriff’s officials.
Sheriff’s deputies reported they were helping with the crash but declined to comment further.
