Still feeling like summer to end the weekend

  • March 8, 2026

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – We are not finished with our summer preview. Meteorologist Cameron Aaron has an update on our forecast for Sunday and beyond.

Tonight Through Sunday Night 🌫️

We are mainly dry for Saturday night. A stray shower is possible, but the rain chance is very low. Temperatures settle in the low-60s under a partly cloudy sky. Dense fog is looking likely.

Clouds are looking a little more pesky to end the weekend. Again, an isolated shower is possible, but most are looking dry. Temperatures on Sunday top out in the low-to-mid-80s.

We are mild and foggy for Sunday night. Overnight lows bottom out in the low-60s.

Starting The Work Week 🌡️

This “copy and paste” forecast will continue to start the work week.

A stray sprinkle is possible on Monday, but most of us are dry and warm. Highs hover in the low-to-mid-80s under a mix of Sun and clouds. Lows fall into the low-60s.

Tuesday is looking mostly dry and very warm. Temperatures soar into the mid-and-upper-80s under a mostly sunny sky. Lows bottom out in the upper-50s and low-60s.

Extended Forecast 🌧️

We are still keeping tabs on a stronger weather system for the middle of next week.

The first half of Wednesday looks mostly dry, breezy and warm. Temperatures reach the low-and-mid-80s under a mix of Sun and clouds.

Showers and a few thunderstorms are looking likely for Wednesday night. Some good news, the threat for severe weather is looking very low at this time. However, as always, we will keep a close eye on it.

Spotty showers linger into Thursday morning, but we are turning drier under a clearing sky for the afternoon. Again, the wind is looking breezy.

Behind this front, temperatures are trending much cooler. Highs on Thursday look to stay in the 60s and 70s, while lows tumble into the 40s.
