DISH could pull WCTV from its service soon

  • March 9, 2026

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – DISH Network customers could lose access to WCTV Tuesday, March 10 at 7 p.m. ET unless a renewal agreement is reached soon.

If an agreement is not reached DISH will pull WCTV from its lineup Tuesday evening. This means DISH customers will no longer have access to CBS network programs and WCTV Eyewitness News.

If you’re a DISH customer, you can help make sure the shows and news you love remain in their lineup by contacting them at 800-333-3474.

DISH has often disrupted access to local television stations in recent years, but viewers have options through other services.

Those include DIRECTV, your local cable company, along with streaming services from YouTube TV, Hulu Live and Fubo.

WCTV is always available for free if you use an antenna. You can also see our newscasts by downloading our free streaming apps for Android, Roku, Fire and Apple TV. Just search WCTV or click here.
