TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Rain chances stay low to start the work week, but some changes are ahead for the second half of the week.
Tonight Through Monday Night
A stray shower is possible for Sunday evening, but we are looking mostly dry, mild and foggy for the overnight. Low temperatures fall into the low-and-mid-60s.
After a foggy morning, we should see more sunshine for Monday afternoon. An isolated downpour is possible, but most of us are dry and warm. Highs climb into the low-and-mid-80s.
More of the same is on the way for Monday night. Again, some dense fog is looking likely. Lows fall into the low-and-mid-60s.
Staying Very Warm
We could be even warmer for the middle of the work week.
Highs on Tuesday soar into the mid-80s under a mostly sunny sky. Lows settle in the upper-50s and low-60s.
Most of Wednesday is looking dry, warm and breezy. Temperatures reach the mid-80s under some sunshine. A stray shower is possible, but rain chances should begin to climb for Wednesday night as our next weather system approaches. Lows hover in the mid-60s.
Extended Forecast
A cold front is looking to sweep across the Big Bend and South Georgia on Thursday. This weather system will bring showers and a few thunderstorms.
Some good news, severe weather is looking unlikely at this time, but we will monitor it closely.
Highs on Thursday reach the low-70s as a breezy wind sticks around.
We are turning drier and cooler for Thursday night. Overnight lows bottom out in the upper-40s.
Friday is looking drier and cooler. Temperatures top out in the low-to-mid-70s under a mix of Sun and clouds, while lows tumble into the upper-40s.
