New 3D renderings of the much-anticipated Cape Coral Yacht Club makeover have been released.The new two-story community center would be much larger than the old structure, with space for large events.Images included features such as marina docks, a resort-style pool and a parking garage that’s expected to be capable of holding hundreds of vehicles.The Cape Coral City Council will go over the images during its council meeting on Wednesday.
