TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A crash on Thomasville Road late Sunday night left one person dead, according to Tallahassee Police.
In a social media post just before 10:45 p.m. Sunday, police announced that authorities were investigating a traffic crash in the 1800 block of Thomasville Road.
Police confirmed to WCTV Monday that the crash involved a vehicle and a motorcycle.

As a result of the crash, all northbound and southbound traffic closed temporarily on the road at that time between Grape Street and the entrance to Miracle Plaza, according to TPD’s post.
Since then, police said the motorcyclist has died.
This is an active investigation.
