The Cape Coral Caring Center, at 1420 SE 47th St., will have its annual meeting of the board of directors on March 26 at the center. The meeting will begin at 7:30 a.m. and is open to the public.
At this meeting, any revisions or amendments to the corporation’s bylaws, as well as appointments to ad hoc committees, such as the finance and audit and nominating committees, and any additional board members, will be discussed.
