A fiery three-way vehicle crash in northeast Tallahassee on March 10 has left a driver injured and a brand new Florida Highway Patrol cruiser smashed up.
FHP spokesperson Corporal PJ Shaw told the Democrat the trooper involved in the accident near North Blair Stone and Miccosukee roads phoned it in at 12:59 p.m.
As of 1:30 p.m., Blair Stone is blocked one way, as is northbound Miccosukee, Shaw added.

She said there are still few details but the accident involved a Chevy truck, a Toyota Sedan and a new Dodge Durango FHP cruiser. One of the vehicles was on fire and one of the drivers was injured, Shaw said, noting the FHP trooper was uninjured.
A Tallahassee Democrat photographer passing by noted that the FHP cruiser’s airbags had deployed.
Shaw said it was too early to determine what caused the accident. Wreckers have been called to the scene.
