The concept is run by husband-and-wife team Jeff and Jenny Howe, who are also partners at Good Intentions, the fully vegan restaurant in the Grand Central District.

The menu centers around vegan hot dogs topped with a variety of house combinations and customizable ingredients.

Signature items include the Yo Soy Dog, topped with nacho chz, street corn salsa, pickled jalapeño, garlic mayo, and crunched tortilla chips; The Captain, served with chili, chz, fried onions, and spicy mustard; and The Civilian, a classic-style dog topped with relish, chopped onion, ketchup, and mustard.

Guests can also build their own with toppings such as chili, nacho chz, chopped onions, pickled jalapeños, sweet relish, fried onions, sauerkraut, and crunched potato chips.

Condiments include ketchup, mustard, spicy mustard, and garlic mayo.
