ORLANDO, Fla. – SeaWorld Orlando is bundling two fan favorites into an official 2026 5K run series, giving runners two chances to race through the park and catch seasonal festivals.
SeaWorld calls the lineup a blend of fitness, festivities, and family-friendly thrills designed for theme-park fans and casual runners alike.
Seven Seas Food Festival 5K
The Seven Seas Food Festival 5K returns April 25 with a 7 a.m. start. The morning course lets participants stretch their legs before the park’s food festival opens, pairing a brisk run with post-race treats and live entertainment.
With SeaWorld’s race partnership with Undeniably Dairy, Seven Seas Food Festival 5K runners can refuel at the finish line with chocolate milk during the post-race celebration.
Howl-O-Sprint

Howl-O-Sprint 5K comes back as an after-dark event on Sept. 18, starting at 7 p.m. The evening run leans into spooky season with costumed characters, themed surprises, and an atmosphere meant to echo the park’s Howl-O-Scream celebration.
