ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orlando Fire units responded to a major two-vehicle accident with reported entrapment, and transported nine pediatric patients to Arnold Palmer Hospital and two adult patients to Orlando Regional Medical Center Thursday. 

Florida Highway Patrol reported that both vehicles were traveling eastbound on Raleigh Street east of Campanella Avenue. One vehicle rear-ended the other, which then ran off the roadway and struck a tree. 

Orange County Fire Rescue also assisted on the call.

Orlando Health released an update Thursday evening, saying they treated nine children ranging from 3 to 14-years-old. As of Thursday evening, their conditions were all stable, health officials reported. 

Friday morning, they reported that four children have been discharged from Arnold Palmer. Five children remain at the hospital and one adult reamins at ORMC.
