To the editor:
Within your excellent Bimini Bay East article, you quote the RFP as saying requests are wanted only from those in Florida.(“…qualified firms experienced in Florida…”)
This limitation shuts out developers with experience elsewhere in the country.
I’m tempted to suggest the U.S. Attorney should do some digging.
